ABOUT LICENCEWISE TRAINING SPECIALISTS

	The History
	LicenceWise Training Specialists was registered as an Accredited Training Provider with TETA in 2005, CETA in 2011 and have entered into a MOU with the MQA. LicenceWise Training Specialists was established by Marius Heystek, who is a registered ETDP Practitioner with TETA, CETA and the MQA, and who is passionate about training, development, skills transfer and health and safety in the workplace. Marius Heystek (CEO of LicenceWise Training Specialists) had realized the lack of hands on knowledge and skills within South Africa. He challenged these demands, and dedicated his knowledge and skills to clients and their employees and thus the existence of LicenceWise Training Specialsts followed.

LicenceWise is striving to ensure integrity, innovation, trust, efficiency, satisfaction, profitability, evidence of productivity and service in the field of developing learners on driver training, earthmoving training, trackless mobile machines and health and safety, for all companies and organizations.
	Our Mission
	Our Mission is to demonstrate how our services can improve Performance, Production and Safety in your company or organization, whilst utilising Unit Standards Outcomes Based Training, addressing Manufacturing Specifications, and Site Specifications during training interventions. We want to transact and work with our clients and with their staff so we can be of assistance to any custom developed training tools, according to client satisfaction. Our Core Values are to reduce the growing numbers of accidents and incidents involving Transport Vehicles, Earthmoving Equipment, Lifting Equipment and Mining Equipment of which the main cause is lack of knowledge and experience.
	Our Trainiers
	All our Trainers are registered with the Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA), the Construction Education Training Authority (CETA), the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) to Assess against the NQF registered Qualifications / Unit Standards. They also have been trained up on Manufacturer Specifics ensuring they transfer their skills to those they teach, for example: MANITOU, CAT, BELL, ATLAS COPCO and FERMEL. LicenceWise Training Specialists has a registered Quality Management System approved by the TETA & CETA Governing Body. Our employees, both internal and external work under these approved standards. We ensures that all our training is Unit Standard aligned according to the different SETA’s. All our trainers are registered assessors; they are highly qualified to transfer their theoretical and practical knowledge to a learner. LicenceWise Training Specialists’ services are that of the highest quality – we regard ourselves as the ‘benchmark” within South Africa.
